Shoe Size Guide: EU Sizes for Training, Football and Slides
Share
Shoes at Athletic Jungle are listed in EU sizes. This guide covers what each type runs, how they fit differently, and what to check before you order in Lebanon.
What we stock, in EU
| Type | EU sizes | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Crocs | 39–46 | From $25 |
| Slides and slippers | 39–46 | From $15 |
| Nike Mind 001 | 40–46 | $65 |
| Nike Mind 002 | 41–45 | $70 |
| Football shoes (TF and FG) | 44–45 | $50–$65 |
Sizes sell out and get restocked separately, so the sizes shown on a product page are what is actually available at that moment.
Training shoes
Take your normal EU size. A gym shoe should hold the foot without pressure at the widest part, with roughly a thumbnail of space at the toe. Too much room and the foot slides during lateral movement.
Football shoes
Football boots are worn closer than training shoes, because a loose boot costs you control on the ball. Most players take their normal size with a thin sock, or size up only if they wear thick socks. Whether you need TF or FG depends on your pitch, not your foot: see TF vs FG explained.
Slides
Slides fit generously. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one, since a slide that is too big slips at the heel when you walk.
Crocs
Roomy by design. Between sizes, size down. Full detail in the Crocs sizing guide.
Measure your foot
Quickest method at home: stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall, mark the end of your longest toe, measure the distance in centimetres. Do it in the evening, when feet are slightly larger. Compare that number to the size chart on the product page, and if the number sits between two sizes, go with the larger one for closed shoes.
FAQ
What size system do you use?
EU sizes for all footwear.
What if the size I want is out of stock?
Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether that size is being restocked.
Can I exchange shoes if the size is wrong?
We do exchanges rather than refunds, on unused items in original condition. Checking the size before ordering saves the trip.
